Can I restrict financial visibility by location?

Not yet. Role-based access controls are a planned Team Practice feature, and restricting a manager to one location's schedules and revenue is part of that work. Today, admins on the account see every location, so if per-location restrictions are a hard requirement, book a call and we'll tell you where it stands.

What happens when a client visits more than one location?

They have one profile shared across all locations. Any injector at any location can see the full treatment history, wherever each visit took place.

Can we standardize consent forms across all locations?

Yes. Forms are managed at the organization level and apply across all locations. You can also create location-specific forms for treatments offered only at certain sites.

Where is client data stored?

In Canadian data centres, for every location, encrypted at rest and in transit. Zdrovia is built to meet PIPEDA.
