PatientNow or Zdrovia
What practices ask before switching, answered straight.
Is PatientNow a bad choice?▾
It is an established product with a long history in aesthetics and its before-and-after photo tooling has been a reference point in this market for years. The reasons to look elsewhere are usually commercial rather than clinical: quoted pricing, term agreements, and an onboarding process that takes a while before the software earns anything.
Why can I not see PatientNow's prices on this page?▾
Because they are quoted per practice and we will not print a number we cannot source. Take the proposal you were given, put it beside the three cards above, and you have a real comparison instead of an estimated one.
What do I give up by moving to a smaller product?▾
Lead nurture and patient financing tooling aimed at high-ticket surgical and aesthetic sales. If a dedicated coordinator is working a pipeline of consults, that tooling earns its keep and we do not match it. If the person doing consults is also the person injecting, most of it goes unused.
How quickly can I actually start?▾
Same day. Sign up, add your services, chart a patient. There is no implementation phase because there is far less to configure, which is a genuine trade rather than a clever trick.
How does the pricing work?▾
Card processing is all-in: 4% + 30¢ per transaction on Free, dropping to 3.5% on Pro ($79, three practitioners) and 3% on Team ($149, ten practitioners across any number of locations). Past roughly $15,800 a month in card bookings, moving to Pro costs less than staying on Free.
Can you migrate patient photos as well as records?▾
Send us what you can export, photos included, and we map it by hand. Legacy exports are frequently awkward, which is exactly why a person does this rather than an importer. It is free while we are in beta and the timeline depends on the size of the archive.
