Mangomint runs a beautiful front desk. It does not run a chart.

A note is text attached to a client. A chart is a record with structure, versions, and an author you can identify after the fact. Both look like a box you type into. They behave very differently when someone asks what happened at an appointment fourteen months ago.

Zdrovia charts are built from Smart Blocks, which are structured fields rather than paragraphs. A pain score is a number. Units by injection site are numbers tied to sites. Fitzpatrick type is a value, not a sentence. Because they are fields, they can be graphed, and a patient's response to a treatment series becomes something you can show them on a screen instead of describing.

Revisions are kept. If a note is amended, the earlier version is still there with a timestamp. That is not a feature anyone enjoys buying, and it is the first thing you will want if a complaint ever lands.

Retail stock counting answers the question how many do I have left. Clinical inventory has to answer a harder one: which specific vial went into which specific patient, and when does the rest of that box expire.

Zdrovia receives stock by lot, tracks expiry, dispenses oldest-first so product does not quietly die on the shelf, and lets you quarantine anything you are unsure about. Each dispense links to a visit and to an invoice line, so the trail runs from the box you opened to the patient who received it.

There is a second benefit that shows up on the bank statement rather than the chart. Expiry alerts catch product before it is written off, and for a clinic holding a few thousand dollars of toxin and filler at any moment, that alone tends to cover the subscription.

Mangomint's two-way texting and front desk flow are ahead of ours and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If your bottleneck is a phone that rings all day and a receptionist trying to juggle it, that is a real advantage and you should weigh it.
