Before you move off Boulevard
The questions that come up most, answered straight.
Why is Boulevard so much more expensive?▾
Because it is sold to a different clinic than yours. Boulevard's medspa tier is priced per location at $369 a month, which is reasonable for a group with a full front desk, a marketing coordinator and predictable six-figure monthly revenue. For a two-room studio it is the largest line on the software budget and most of what it buys goes unused.
Is Boulevard better than Zdrovia?▾
At front-of-house it is, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Boulevard's booking flow, waitlist handling and self-checkout are excellent and they have spent years polishing them. Where we are ahead is the clinical side: structured charting, injectable lot and expiry tracking, versioned consent, and an AI scribe that writes into fields rather than paragraphs.
What happens when I open a second location?▾
On Boulevard the bill doubles. On Zdrovia's Team plan it does not change, because you are charged for the account rather than the address. Team covers up to ten practitioners across as many locations as you run.
Is Zdrovia's free plan actually usable, or is it a demo?▾
It is the real product. Charting, booking, forms, photos, inventory and payments all work. Card processing is an all-in 4% + 30¢ per transaction, and that is how the free plan pays for itself. Move to Pro or Team and the rate drops to 3.5% or 3%.
Can I keep my payment processing?▾
You run your own Stripe account, so the merchant relationship is yours and the money lands in your bank without passing through us. If you ever leave, your processing does not have to be renegotiated.
How long does switching take?▾
Export your client and appointment data from Boulevard and send it over. We do the import by hand instead of handing you a wizard, so odd fields and half-finished records get sorted out rather than dropped. It is free during the beta, and most clinics with a standard export are seeing patients in Zdrovia within a couple of days.
